As a team you have to contact your opponent on when to play the match and discuss together on which moves to play on the bot account lichess.org/@/HumanTeamBOT. I've shared log in details of the bot account with lichess.org/@/Jon_Speelman and lichess.org/@/Zaven_ChessMood so they can send/read messages and make the moves you decide on as a team.

If you don't know what time is convenient for the whole team (because of different time zones), you could consider 12:30 PM UTC.
